Denise came to the world of health insurance via an unconventional route. After receiving her MBA from Washington University, she worked in consumer packaged-goods marketing. As Denise says, “After awhile, it was hard to stay excited about winning the cookie-brand wars. I wanted to work on something that is really meaningful in a person’s life.”

As luck (and hard work) would have it, Denise became Director of Marketing for Medicare for Blue Shield of CA. It was there that she discovered her true calling –– a passion for applying her financial acumen and understanding of the inner workings of the health insurance field to make a difference in people’s lives.

Denise set off on her own in 2004, dedicated to giving her clients the kind of care and attention she seeks for her own family. Since then, she has helped hundreds of people find health insurance solutions tailor-made to fit their needs.

Denise is also a popular speaker who helps people make sense of complicated health insurance topics like Medicare and the Affordable Care Act.
